Hi everyone!I'd just like to ask you guys, as I know Robert is away, a simple IT question.My PC crashed, and I lost everything I had on it, including this course!! I am devestated! I still have my username and passkey, so does anyone know of a way of getting my course back without paying again???I was doing so well too!!Thank you, in advance,Shelley x |

I'm sure that if you send Robert an email he'll be able to check you on his records and send you the course again. I'm curious as to how a PC crash erased your hard drive though. All the information on your hard drive should still be there and can be recovered. |

Hi Ken, thanks for your reply. I said crashed, but that was the quick way of saying my PC had some sort of panic attack and I had to do a factory reset on it. Hence all my lost files etc.. What a blow eh?!Anyway, I will send Robert an email. He loves my IT problems, we've spoke before!!! hmm...Anyway, Thanks again x |
