Gary	posted 1/19/08 6:53 PM       Hi. I have only been practicing very casually over the last 2 years but have tried Robert's approach and it works beautifully. There is no doubt that hypnotherapy is a very effective method to help people quit smoking (providing they are really serious about giving up, of course).
