I was very interested to come across the Robert Shields website. It seems to be the very thing I am looking for. But when I tried to download the first free lesson it just wouldn't open and so I couldn't make an evaluation. I am sure there are some settings on my computer which cause the difficulty, but when I looked for an email address to see if Robert could suggest something to help (he surely must have come across this type of poroblem before) I could not find any way to email him?? Why not? Robert - if you are reading this entry would you please help? or are you a distant uncontactable figment in the webmaster sky?PS I've scoured yor website several times for an email link but haven't been able to find one. If there is a link - I apologise - but please tell me where it is! |

I've just been looking down this forum and have come across another entry that questions there being no email address to contact Robert.. part of his reply is.."I have said this so many times in the past in my postings but will repeat it here. I ALWAYS have an up-do-date contact address on my web site and at the moment it is a ticket system that is, so far, 100% reliable." - If by this, he means the "Contact Us Support ticket", I tried that but after registering through it I just get the message saying that I have no tickets??? - Help! |

Hi Dave, The Contact System is working perfectly. I am not sure where your problem lies as I have just tested it. Registered as a new user. Logged in. Created a new ticket. Of course, after registering it will say you have no ticket as you need to create and submit one. Please have another go and just simply log in using your registered details, or start a new regisistration. So....... as I have said so many times - there are always contact details on my web site:-) http://www.hypnotherapy-training.com |

I did what you suggested, Robert, and I created a new ticket, which I then used to email you.... and you received the email and you replied to it...... Many thanks and I am sorry for suggesting that you couldn't be contacted by email - it is just that I didn't know how to do it!!...... All I have to do now is to work out which of my computer settings need amending so that I can access your free hypnotherapy lesson..... Neverthelsess, thanks for your quick response to my query. You really do have an email facility. Thanks. |
